What is a Subscription ID?
When you purchase a subscription, you are issued a 4 - 8 subscription ID. You should have received your Subscription ID from either the approval
screen when the order was made or in the email confirmation sent to you immediately after submitting your order. You should always maintain a record of
your Subscription ID and use this number in all correspondence with a customer service representative.
My card has been used fraudulently in the past and now I can't join this site. Why is this?
Whenever fraudulent activity is reported on a credit card, the card number is placed in a negative database which prevents any further transactions on this card.
You should contact your issuing bank or credit card company and request that they issue you a new card. You can also attempt to join our site via any of the other
billing methods we offer on our signup page.
I did not receive a sales confirmation email. Why?
Sales confirmation emails are sent with each order that our Transactor processes. It is imperative that you enter a valid email address whenever prompted so that you'll receive your confirmation.
I purchased a subscription using my checking account but I cannot get access. Why is this?
The Internet methods by which your checking account is validated are still quite outdated. Though we can approve your transaction in real-time,
your purchase can still be returned for insufficient funds, invalid account information, etc. Be sure to complete all fields correctly when joining.

You will be billed the initial trial price. If you do not cancel your trial membership prior to the end of the trial, then you
will be billed for a standard monthly membership on a recurring basis. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the Website that you joined for further information. Web900 transactions
are not automatic rebilling transactions.

You will receive an email cancellation receipt once you cancel. In order to receive this receipt, it is necessary that you use a valid
email address when ordering a service or product. You will also see that you have been cancelled by the on-screen message you get once you submit the
